RETURN POLICY
Supreme Vintage Clothing is happy to refund or exchange any item(s) (that has not been washed, worn or mishandled) within 30 days of ship date. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
To return an item for a refund/exchange, or if you have a defective item, please email info@supremevintage.clothing. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the return item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is due to our error, we will add the initial shipping cost to your refund.
EXCHANGES
Before returning your product for an exchange, please make sure that your item is in brand new condition.
DEFECTS
In the case of a manufacturers defect, we will credit your account with the initial shipping cost attributable to the defective product, the cost of the defective product and the cost of returning the defective product via regular mail.
PLEASE NOTE:
We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning. Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, return shipping fees will apply.
PACKING AND SENDING YOUR RETURNS/EXCHANGES
1. Return in NEW condition.
2. Include a note as to the reason why you are returning.
3. Include your order number.
